One of Norway's most iconic road trips — fully guided, entirely private, and handled from start to finish. This 4-day journey takes you from Tromsø through Senja and Narvik, deep into the Lofoten archipelago, covering some of the most breathtaking scenery in all of Scandinavia.With a private vehicle, a dedicated guide for all four days, and a maximum of 8 guests, this is the most immersive way to experience northern Norway at your own pace.
Day 1 — Tromsø to Narvik via Senja
Your journey begins in Tromsø, heading south through dramatic Arctic landscapes before crossing onto Senja — one of Norway's most visually striking islands, with towering peaks, deep fjords, and traditional fishing villages. After exploring Senja's highlights, you continue south toward Narvik, where you spend the night.
Day 2 — Narvik to Svolvær
From Narvik, you cross into the Lofoten archipelago — a string of jagged islands rising sharply from the Norwegian Sea. The drive to Svolvær takes you across bridges, past fishing villages, and through some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in Europe. Svolvær, Lofoten's main town, serves as your base for the next two nights.
Day 3 — Svolvær to Reine and Back
Today is the heart of the Lofoten experience. You travel south through the archipelago toward Reine — consistently ranked among the most beautiful villages in Norway — with its iconic red fishing cabins set against soaring mountain peaks and mirror-still waters. The day is unhurried, with stops along the way for photographs and exploration before returning to Svolvær for the night.
Day 4 — Svolvær to Tromsø
Your final day brings the journey full circle, with a scenic drive north back to Tromsø. A fitting end to four days of extraordinary Arctic landscapes.
